fire protection

















One of the first things that I noticed about Korea was how there are fire extinguishers everywhere. I mean, of course, in the USA there are often times extinguishers that are strategically placed on walls between long corridors, but seriously there is like a 6:1 ratio between Korea and the USA, in terms of fire extinguishers. It is awesome, even with a tile floor and tile walls there'll still be a fire extinguisher there, standing guard. Or 2 or 3. I mean, I understand that there could be something that is on fire that is on top of the tile, but that's not the point. I feel very safe and fire proof wherever I go. Check out how many you see in the picture below:
















This portion of the hallway is probably 50 feet long. I understand that there are a lot of classrooms...
















You know what's funny, is check out how in that picture on the very top there's ANOTHER ONE sitting there on the floor, waiting. I didn't realize it at the time, I swear. I love fire extinguishers.

ever had a battle with fire extinguishers? it's hella fun. did you know you can convert them into high-powered paintguns too, and spray entire sides of buildings? true fact. you can find instructions on youtube, pesse.
